Who Are We
A team of professionals in the Tri-State area has partnered with About Phase Academy to offer training programs. The team consists of Jerry Martin, the chair of the IMSA Tri-State Section; Paul Ciupa, serving as the Secretary/Treasurer for the IMSA Tri-State Section; and Jason Kowalczyk, the current President of the IMSA Tri-State Section. All these individuals have extensive experience in the transportation infrastructure industry, either as technicians in the field or as instructors. They are dedicated to making training programs more accessible for obtaining IMSA certifications for the Tri-State Section.

Our mission is to motivate and educate essential workers in the transportation infrastructure industry through teaching, training, and certification.
