This certification is geared toward more experienced technicians. A minimum of two years in the traffic signal field is required. A Level 3 certification is the highest level of certification in the Signal Technician field. This program includes a PowerPoint presentation, review session, and a Q&A with an experienced moderator before you being your exam.
